Studio Etiquette

In order to create a positive, clean, and safe atmosphere for everyone at the KIRKLAND Movement Studio, we ask that clients please:

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session.
  • Notify the studio if you need to cancel your session.
  • All sessions are 60 minutes long, including any bathroom or water breaks needed.
  • Remove shoes and leave them on the shelves prior to entering the studio area.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in. Wearing socks is optional.
  • Mute cell phone ringers to avoid any distraction.
  • If you are showing signs of illness, please take care of yourself and stay home.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone:

  • Who is creating a hostile environment for employees or other customers.
  • Who we feel needs outside medical support, physical therapy, or may be at risk of further injury from the work.
  • Who is beyond our scope of work, whether it is physical or mental health.

Cancellation Policy

With the exception of an emergency or illness, we need at least 24 hours prior to canceling an appointment so that we have time to adjust our schedule. You will be charged in full for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

A Liability Waiver Form must be signed prior to your first session. The form can be emailed to you or filled out prior to your first session at the studio.
